Fees & Medicare Rebates

Dynamic Performance Psychology offers focused psychological strategies and psychometric assessments for individuals and groups. Our appointments are by telehealth, in person (Burleigh clinic Friday mornings), off-site (your venue) and for psychometric assessments and feedback (on request). Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an appointment reminder 3 days from the appointment time and date, which you will be required to confirm. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, 50% of the appointment fee may be charged. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, up to 100% of the appointment fee may be charged.

Dynamic Performance Psychology reserves the right to close service with a client if more than two consecutive appointments are missed, without prior communication.

Claim Medicare Rebate

Caroline is approved to practice as a Psychologist by The Psychology Board of Australia (PBA), so it may be possible for you to apply for a rebate from your Private Health Insurance Provider. However, the amount of rebate is dependent upon the specific terms and conditions of your policy (not by the Psychologist). It is recommended that you speak with your Private Health Insurance provider prior to engaging Caroline’s services.

For Australian clients, Caroline is also a registered practitioner with Medicare: as such, you may be able to obtain a rebate on your fees, if you obtain a Mental Health Care Plan and referral from your GP. The level and duration of rebate is determined by Medicare, not the Psychologist. You cannot claim both Medicare and private health insurance rebates on the one service.
